ORDER PROCESSING

• Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation (Mon–Sat)
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order is dispatched
• Payment must be fully confirmed before processing begins

DELIVERY COVERAGE

We ship pan-India to all PIN codes serviceable by our courier partners. This includes major metros, Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities, and most rural areas.

Metro cities (faster delivery)

Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Kolkata — typically 2–4 business days.

Other cities & towns

Most orders reach within 4–7 business days. Remote/hilly areas may take an additional 2–3 days.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

• If tracking is not updating for more than 48 hours after dispatch, please contact us

FAILED DELIVERIES

If a delivery attempt fails (no one available, incorrect address, etc.), our courier will attempt delivery 2–3 times. After that, the package will be returned to us.

In case of a returned shipment due to customer unavailability or wrong address, re-shipping charges will apply for resending the order.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you. See our Return Policy for details.
