To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
Not eligible for return: Opened products, items damaged due to misuse, products returned after 30 days, or items purchased during clearance/final-sale events.
Email us at support@prottiva.com or WhatsApp us with your order ID and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours.
Our team will send you the return shipping address and a return authorization number. Do not ship without this — returns without authorization may not be accepted.
Pack the item securely and ship it to our warehouse. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is initiated.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product).
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
We will arrange a free pickup and send a replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer. In such cases, return shipping is fully covered by us.
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them, as long as they have not been dispatched. To cancel, contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled — please follow the return process instead.
